Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and South African public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification email with tracking information once your order has dispatched.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

• Door-to-Door Courier (Main Centres): Standard delivery takes 2–4 business days. Flat rate of R200

• Door-to-Door Courier (Outlying / Regional Areas): Delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on accessibility. Flat rate of R200.

3. Delivery Addresses Please provide a physical address where someone will be available between 08:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday, to sign for the package. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes via standard couriers.

4. Order Tracking When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number and a link to trace your parcel via our courier partner (e.g., The Courier Guy, CourierIT, Fastway).

5. Damaged or Missing Parcels If your order arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us at customersupport@etmaison.com within 48 hours of delivery. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
