2. Product Specifications & Custom Orders

• All items offered are detailed on our site with material specifications, dimensions, and stone details.

• Custom & Made-to-Order Items: Jewellery pieces that are custom-manufactured, altered, engraved, or resized specifically to your request are classified as custom-order goods under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).

• Order fulfillment or custom production commences only after payment clearance. Payments are processed through encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways utilizing mandatory 3D Secure protocol. We accept credit/debit cards and Instant EFT.

4. Shipping & Risk

• Deliveries are made via insured, door-to-door courier requiring a physical signature and verification upon receipt.

• Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery signature. Title to goods transfers once payment is settled in full.

5. Limitation of Liability

In accordance with Section 61 of the Consumer Protection Act, Spoël (Pty) Ltd limits liability to statutory product quality guarantees and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product wear or misuse.
